This Refund & Return Policy explains the conditions under which you may request a return, replacement, or refund when purchasing Dermadunic products online.
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
The product delivered is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
You receive a product that is different from what you ordered.
The product is within the return window (7 days from delivery).
⚠️ Note: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened, used, or tampered skincare products cannot be returned or refunded unless they were defective at the time of delivery.
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Products that have been opened, used, or partially consumed.
Items without original packaging, labels, or seal.
Free samples, trial packs, or promotional items.
Products returned after the 7-day return window.
If you believe your order qualifies for a return, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support within 7 days of delivery via email at support@dermadunic.com or call us at +91-9878629655.
Provide Details: Share your order number, photos of the product (showing damage/defect/incorrect item), and a brief description of the issue.
Approval & Pickup: Once your request is approved, we will arrange for pickup of the product from your delivery address.
Inspection: The returned product will be inspected by our quality team. If eligible, your refund or replacement will be processed.
Refunds will be issued under the following conditions:
If you cancel your order before dispatch, a full refund will be initiated.
If the returned product passes inspection, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping charges).
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method (credit card, debit card, UPI, wallet, etc.) within 7–10 business days after approval.
Instead of a refund, you may choose to receive a replacement product if:
The product was damaged or defective upon delivery.
You received the wrong product.
Replacements will be shipped at no extra cost once the original item is returned and verified.
Orders can be cancelled only if they have not yet been dispatched.
Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
For prepaid orders, refunds for cancellations will be processed within 5–7 business days.
If the return is due to Dermadunic’s error (damaged, defective, or wrong product), we will cover the shipping costs.
If the return is due to customer error (e.g., providing an incorrect address, refusing delivery), the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Please do not send products back without prior confirmation from our support team.
Dermadunic reserves the right to refuse a return or refund if the returned product does not meet the eligibility criteria.
All refunds and replacements are subject to verification by our quality team.
